Three people were injured in a wild boar attack in Rajouri district on Monday night, officials said.
According to officials, the incident took place near a forest stretch in the Khabla area of Thanamandi when Mohammad Mazhar, 30, Afsana Kouser, 25, and another local resident came under attack from boars while moving through the area.
All three suffered injuries on different parts of the body. They were taken to a nearby health facility where medical teams are treating them, hospital authorities said.
Local police and forest staff have taken note of the incident and are assessing the situation in the area.(KNS)
