A victim's advocate is calling for harsher penalties for perpetrators of domestic violence following a case in court that resulted in a man walking away with a 10-day sentence.

Jennifer Brissenden, a private investigator from Portland, Oregon, shared videos, with the victim's permission, of the incidents the woman said she endured over the course of nearly three years.
