At the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Heads of Government meeting in Moscow, External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar on Tuesday said that there should be zero tolerance towards terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, calling for the reform in the grouping’s working methods.
Speaking at the SCO meeting, Jaishankar reminded member countries that the SCO was founded to combat the three evils of terrorism, separatism and extremism.

He noted that these threats have become even more serious in the years that have passed, and added: “It is imperative that the world displays zero tolerance towards terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.”
