O disha’s Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja chaired the second session of the 2-Day Collectors and SPs Conference.

Surendra Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary of the GA and PG Department, delivered the welcome address. The session focused on ethical and citizen-centric governance, particularly regarding ORTPSA (Odisha Right to Public Service Act); the saturation of coverage for individual entitlements; welfare schemes; community assets; and the implementation of faceless administration.

While addressing the collectors and senior administrative officers of the State Government, Chief Secretary Ahuja emphasised that citizens are the most valuable assets of our state. He stated that citizen dignity should be at the center of all administrative actions.
