A moment of celebration at the 2016 KISS concert has won the Covelli Centre’s "20 Years of Memories" fan photo contest, which commemorated the downtown venue’s two-decade anniversary. Edward Uberti’s photograph, which captured the moment confetti filled the air after being shot from cannons during the concert held at the center, received the highest number of votes during the public voting period, Covelli Centre officials announced Monday. The photo contest was launched as part of the celebration marking the venue’s official 20th anniversary on Oct. 29.
