Orleans Sheriff: Albion man sent unwanted explicit images across the U.S.

ALBION — An Albion man is believed to have sent unwanted explicit images to more than 170 people, both minors and young adults, throughout the country.

Orleans County Sheriff's Department charged Nicholas Horn, 40, with third-degree obscenity and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
