TRAVERSE CITY — Two suspects in connection with a recent shooting death at the Hardy Parking Deck in downtown Traverse City will be arraigned this afternoon.

The arraignments of the two men are expected to happen at 1:30 p.m. today. 9&10 News will be livestreaming this on Facebook , our website , Zeam and YouTube .

According to Traverse City Police, a 32-year-old city employee was found shot to death in the early morning of Nov. 16 in the 300 block of East State St.

Officers were called to the scene around 7:48 a.m. and identified the victim as Larry Boyd IV, who was an employee with Parking Services.

Investigators said evidence links this homicide to the attempted murder of a Traverse City Police Officer late Saturday night.
