After a dry start to the week, a slow-moving area of low pressure will roll out of the Desert Southwest and into the Southern Plains bringing widespread rain to KAKEland.

The daylight hours of Wednesday are expected to be dry with a gradual increase in cloud cover and high temperatures back in the low to upper 60s. Spotty light rain will be possible Wednesday evening into the overnight.
