DEDHAM, Mass. —
Brian Walshe, the Massachusetts man accused of killing and dismembering his wife in 2023, changed his plea on Tuesday on two counts related to the case. The trial on the remaining murder count is expected to begin with jury selection.
He is accused of killing and dismembering Ana Walshe, 39, around New Year's Day in 2023. Prosecutors allege that Brian Walshe disposed of his wife's remains in dumpsters around the area.
Brian Walshe changed his pleas on counts No. 2 and No. 3, which relate to willfully conveying a human body in violation of state law and misleading police. Prosecutors claimed that his interference led to the destruction of his wife's remains.
