More than 130 people have been arrested in Charlotte in the first days of a major Department of Homeland Security immigration sweep known as “Charlotte’s Web.” Border Patrol agents have been spotted across the city — outside churches, grocery stores, restaurants, parking lots, and along busy corridors like Milton Road and South Boulevard.
