The West De Pere School District is planning a move before this school year is done after purchasing a building to serve as its new district office and alternative programming hub for $3.2 million.

The school district’s main office plans to move in April to the building at 1674 Eisenhower Road, said West De Pere Superintendent Jason Lau. It's the former home of Keller Williams Realty, but the district plans to make minor renovations before the move.

Currently, the district rents office space on Reid Street in De Pere. By ending the lease five years early, West De Pere will save an estimated $1.2 million in rent, Lau said.

That $3.2 million figure is slightly higher than Green Bay estimated its district office would sell for, at $2.9 million. The West De Pere School District's 2025-26
