President Donald Trump welcomed Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Tuesday when the de facto leader of Saudi Arabia makes his first White House visit since the 2018 killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi by Saudi agents.

Trump greeted the crown prince at the White House's South Lawn entrance.

He welcomed the de facto leader of Saudi Arabia with a handshake and arm slung over Prince Mohammed's shoulder.

A military band was also on hand for Prince Mohammed and there was a flyover.

Former President Joe Biden in 2022 famously greeted Prince Mohammed with a fist bump during his 2022 visit to Saudi Arabia.

This is Prince Mohammed's first White House visit since the 2018 killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi by Saudi agents.
