Good Tuesday! Today will be sunny and dry. We are warming up after a chilly start to the day. Highs should meander in the upper 60s and the low 70s. Dew points (amount of moisture in the air) will continue to stay extremely low. Due to the dry air, which turns leaves and grass into fire hazards, and the gusty breezes that can spread embers or sparks, burn bans have been issued across large portions of our viewing area.
Lows tonight will be warmer than this morning. Temperatures are expected to drop into the 50s. A few scattered showers will be possible for a few later tonight into your early morning tomorrow, but rain chances will be limited. Some could see a few storms with rumbles of thunder.
