The trial of Lindsay Clancy , the Massachusetts mother accused of killing her three children in 2023, has been delayed until July of 2026.

The trial, which had already been postponed twice previously, was scheduled for Feb. 9, but Clancy's defense attorney and prosecutors agreed that this is a "discovery intensive case," and they still have too much preparation ahead of them to start that soon.

The judge granted the motion at a hearing Tuesday, setting a new trial date of Monday, July 20. The next hearing in the case will be held on Jan. 27 to discuss status and scheduling, and a final pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 13.
