The Dallas Cowboys trounced the Las Vegas Raiders, 33-16, in front of their home fans at Allegiant Stadium on Monday night.
After a slow start for the Cowboys that included a benching of their two best weapons, it was smooth sailing from that point forward, in large part thanks to wide receiver George Pickens.
He and CeeDee Lamb were watching from the sidelines during the first drive because of some " things that were missed ," and that served as motivation to shred the Raiders secondary the rest of the night. Pickens was particularly good, racking up 144 yards and a touchdown on nine receptions in the win, all of which came in the first three quarters when the game was still within reach.
