Families urged to vaccinate children after new measles cases found

Spartanburg County's measles outbreak continues to grow, according to a Nov. 18 update by the South Carolina Department of Public Health.

Health officials reported that five new cases of measles have been identified since Nov. 14.

Two of the cases are among members of households in which an infected person was already under quarantine.
