Over the decade it’s existed, the Children’s Treatment Centre’s NHL Hockey Road Trip Raffle continues to grow, both in the number of available tickets, and the prize pool.
Donors and supporters gathered at the centre on Monday for a somewhat formal kickoff to this year’s raffle, which will see 10 prize packages drawn on Jan. 7. That’s an increase from last year, both in terms of the number of prize packages and the 2,200 tickets available, which are already selling at a brisk pace. Since its inception, it’s been a rare year where tickets do not sell out.
