Florida football sophomore linebacker Aaron Chiles moonlighted on offense on a play that resulted in a touchdown during UF's 34-24 loss at Ole Miss.
The 6-foot-3, 244-pound Chiles served as a lead blocking back for Florida Gators running back Jadan Baugh on his 2-yard TD run in the second quarter against the Rebels.
“In practice, we installed this little package where I go fullback," Chiles said. "So, I guess, hey, finally, we called the play in the game and I was ready when the time came. But you know, I'm just willing to do anything to help the team win."
Chiles said it was his first time lining up on the offensive side since middle school, as he only played defense during his years at Our Lady of Good Counsel HS in Largo, Md.
