Srinagar, Nov 18: Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Zadibal and Chief Spokesperson of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference, Tanvir Sadiq, on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for a major drainage network in Alamgiri Bazar in the Zadibal constituency.

This long-pending demand of the local residents of Alamgiri Bazar has finally been met, with the project being taken up at a cost of ₹76 lakh. The new drainage system will cater to a large stretch of the Shehr-e-Khaas area, significantly improving local infrastructure.

This marks the second major drainage project initiated in the constituency within a week, following the launch of a similar ₹76 lakh project at Vicharnag.
