Owen Valley football is looking for its fourth head coach since Duane Potts stepped down after the 2020 season.

Eric Crouch has resigned after just two seasons, going 2-8 this year after suffering through a tough winless campaign in 2024.

"At the end of the season, I had some time for reflection and met with the administration and decided it was best that I step down and look for other opportunities," he said.

The question will be if history can repeat itself for OV. Potts spent the last of his 19 years as Patriot head coach starting the building process for a group that went from 0-10, 1-9 and 3-7 before turning things over to Rob Gibson in 2021-22, when OV went 22-3 and won two sectional titles.
