SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) -- With the shopping season upon us, a recent survey shows Americans are concerned about an uncertain economy and bracing for higher prices on holiday goods. The National Retail Federation expects holiday sales to surpass $1 trillion for the first time ever this year, predicting retail sales in November and December will grow between 3.7 percent and 4.2 percent over 2024.
