Operation Cycle Break involves collaboration with, among others, Warren police and district court; Macomb County prosecutors, and Turning Point Macomb.

There has been no extra cost to run the program, according to the Warren police commissioner.

The report shows data from May through August of 2025. Domestic violence incidents were nearly 7% below the same four-month period in 2023 and 2024.

The president and CEO of Turning Point Macomb says an initiative launched midyear in Warren to break the generational cycle of domestic violence, get help to survivors and offenders and streamline the court process is more than a program.
