TOWN OF OSWEGATCHIE, New York (WWNY) - Emergency responders were called to the scene of a crash between a vehicle and a buggy in St. Lawrence County on Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened at around 4 p.m. on State Route 68.

The highway was closed between Cline Road in the town of Oswegatchie and Irish Settlement Road in the town of Lisbon.

It reopened shortly before 6 p.m.
