Rhode Island Energy: 'We're working hard to try to get you credits for this coming winter'

Rhode Island Energy President Greg Cornett said winter bill credits are still possible even after a plan to offer about $75 a month across gas and electric was pulled from consideration before the Public Utility Commission could even vote.
