An Amber Alert was issued for two girls, 8 and 12, who were allegedly abducted from Grays Harbor County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Twelve-year-old Vanessa Gleave and 8-year-old Audrey Gleave were last seen leaving West Broadway Avenue in Montesano around 6 a.m. on Tuesday with a relative, Carolyn Gleave. Carolyn Gleave is in an “escalated state of crisis,” according to the alert, and may be headed to Deer Park in Spokane or out-of-state.
The girls are believed to be in a 2014 black Subaru Forester with Washington license plate #AZB4600. What the girls were wearing is unknown. Vanessa is about 5-foot-4 with blonde hair and brown eyes, and Audrey is about 4-foot-6 with brown hair and blue eyes.
The alert was activated Tuesday afternoon on behalf of the Odessa Police Depart
