BILLINGS, Mont. – Francis Levi Kelsey of Clinton was sentenced to two years in prison followed by four years of supervised release for drug and firearm charges, the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Montana, announced in a release .
Kelsey, 40, pleaded guilty in July 2025 to possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
In June 2021, during a stolen vehicle investigation in Park County, law enforcement discovered a Coca-Cola can containing 75 fentanyl pills and 22.4 grams of methamphetamine. A firearm and ammunition were also found hidden under the vehicle's center console.
