An East Baton Rouge Parish School System employee faces child sex charges following an undercover sting by Louisiana State Police and federal authorities.

Michael Dazuat, 62, was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail on Tuesday and faces one count each of computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with juveniles, a spokesperson for State Police confirmed.

According to State Police, Dauzat believed he was communicating online with a 15-year-old boy and arranged to meet him for sexual activity. Instead, he had been speaking with state and federal investigators, who arrested him without incident when he arrived at the meeting location, police say.
