Lewisburg senior midfielder Viktor Permyashkin was named to the Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association's All-State for the second consecutive year, this time as a state champion.
Permyashkin, who helped lead the Green Dragons to their fifth state title overall on Friday — and first since 2020 — was one of three all-state players from the Heartland Athletic Conference. He was joined by Central Columbia's Gaige Gensemer and Montoursville's Quinn Winslow.
