Democratic Congresswoman Marc Veasey of Fort Worth discusses the latest in the redistricting battle after a three-judge panel at federal court in El Paso struck down congressional maps drawn and approved by Republicans. He says he will be "cautiously optimistic and watching exactly what the Supreme Court does."
