MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Dane County officials reported one person was hospitalized with serious injuries after a two-vehicle crash in the Town of Rutland Tuesday.

At around 8 p.m., deputies with the Dane County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash near the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Hill Road.

Oregon EMS took one person to a local hospital. That individual is expected to be OK.

Oregon Police Department, Oregon EMS, Oregon Fire Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol helped deputies at the scene of the crash.

Officials continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
