ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP — Flashing lights from multiple police and Ohio State Highway Patrol cars got people’s attention Sunday but there was no emergency in sight, fortunately.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol led a cooperative effort to help the Beatitude House seek donations of non-perishable food and other household items.
