WARREN — Commissioners are expected to vote today to accept recommendations of architect Bruce Sekanick and MCM Consultant Jason Roblin to begin negotiations with the Trumbull County Combined Health District to lease the second floor of its Cortland headquarters for the proposed 911 Center.

“The county received four bid proposals, but one was removed because it did not meet the criteria of the request for proposal,” 911 Director Tacy McDonough said.

It was found that the health department building, 194 Main St., was the best of the three remaining proposals based on cost-effectiveness and location.

McDonough said the 911 advisory board agreed with the recommendations of Sekanick and Roblin.
