Margaret Colin , who played Blair Waldorf’s mother Eleanor Waldorf on Gossip Girl , is detailing a recent run-in with star Blake Lively !

The 67-year-old As the World Turns alum said she had a “really wild” reunion with the Serena Van der Woodsen actress that happened completely at random in New York.

Speaking to Us Weekly , Margaret said she “ran into Blake on the street, which was hysterical because she’s such a big star now. It was such a big bear hug on the streets of New York, and she was just having lunch in a cafe.”

Apparently the meet-up happened shortly after she returned to the city after shooting in Vancouver.

“She’s a happy mom, and she’s doing really good,” Margaret shared
