Symprove has become something of a phenomenon in the wellness world. It’s a common sight on Instagram to see people downing shots of the cloudy yellow probiotic while singing its praises. But back in 2015 when I started taking it, it was a different story. It wasn’t yet synonymous with improving gut health . It wasn’t shorthand for investing in one’s health, or something that would be recommended to anyone who regularly suffered from a bad stomach.
