JAMMU, Nov 19: IAS officer posted in Jammu and Kashmir , Jatin Kishore has topped inter-se Seniority of 2020 batch across India.

The inter-se-seniority has been fixed on the basis of the marks obtained by the probationers in Civil Services Examination, 2019 and their Assessment in the Academy, in accordance with Rule 10(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954 , as per details with Cross Town News.
