Bars and restaurants in Vermont now have a faster way to order spirits online, thanks to a new platform called 802Spirits Connect, according to an announcement.
The Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery partnered with a company called Prov to create the state’s first digital ordering system for on-premises licensees — businesses where customers buy and drink alcohol. The platform is designed to replace phone and in-person orders.
