This Thanksgiving, local families in need will have fresh produce on the table with the help of the Poughkeepsie Farm Project.

This Thanksgiving distribution of vegetables from the farm is a part of Holiday Helping Hand, a collaboration between the Poughkeepsie Journal and the United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region.

The Poughkeepsie Farm Project's Thanksgiving distribution, as well as their largest program on the farm, Community Supported Agriculture, helps local families get access to produce.

Local families in need will have a brighter Thanksgiving dinner with vegetables grown by the Poughkeepsie Farm Project , a local independent nonprofit organization and farm situated on the Vassar College campus.
