The neighbor of former “King of the Hill” star Jonathan Joss has been charged in his shooting death.

According to multiple reports , Sigfredo Ceja Alvarez, 57, was indicted on one count of murder on Nov. 17 by a grand jury. KTBC reported that Ceja Alvarez was arrested in June on a charge of first-degree murder and released on a $200,000 bond.

Joss, a voice actor best known for his role as John Redcorn on “King of the Hill” was shot and killed in Texas on June 1.

He was 59.

San Antonio police told USA Today that they responded to a shooting in progress and found the actor near a roadway. Police said they “attempted life saving measures” until EMS arrived. He was then pronounced dead.

Joss also played the role of Ken Hotate in the NBC Sitcom “Parks and Recreation.”
