A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 9 AM this morning
High temperatures will be in the low to mid-40s today
Temperatures will be trending above average heading into the weekend
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Fog has developed across much of Wisconsin this morning as skies cleared overnight. Some freezing fog is possible where temperatures dip below freezing, but road temps have been warm enough that only isolated slick spots (mainly on bridges and overpasses) are expected. A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for the northern two tiers of counties, with fog expanding in low-lying areas. Lakeshore areas should avoid freezing fog due to warmer lake influence.
Fog should lift by mid to late morning as winds increase and the sun rises. Expect a dry but overcast day as low and mid-level clouds lin
