The man suspected of carrying out the Huntingdon train attack has been charged with a series of additional offences.
Anthony Williams, 32, of Langford Road, Peterborough, is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates' Court this afternoon, charged with seven further offences, British Transport Police (BTP) said. The new charges relate to incidents that allegedly took place on October 31, the day before the train attack.
Williams has been charged with:
Attempted murder of a 14-year-old boy at Henry Penn Walk, Peterborough.
Attempted grievous bodily harm (GBH) of a 28-year-old man at Viersen Platz, Peterborough.
Attempted murder of a 22-year-old man near Pleasure Fair Meadow Road, Peterborough.
Affray and possession of a bladed article in connection with an incident at Ri
