When a marijuana retail store or grow room breaks the rules and gets fined by Arizona’s health agency, a state-run website informs the public.

That rarely happens for a marijuana-testing lab.

The site, called AZ Care Check , is run by the state Department of Health Services and provides inspection and enforcement information for dispensaries, group homes, child care facilities and other businesses that need a license by the agency to operate.
