HOWLAND Kimberly-Clark, the company building a million-square-foot manufacturing plant in Howland, is asking Trumbull County to create an enterprise zone that would pave the way for what planners say would be a state-of-the-art regional distribution facility on the same property that would add another 65 jobs.
Nicholas Coggins, Trumbull County Assistant Planning Director and Director of Economic Development, tells 21 News that the manufacturer of personal care and hygiene products is considering building a 592,000 square foot regional distribution center at the site.
Coggins says that in addition to processing items from the sixteen production lines manufactured at the building under construction, the center would also receive products from other Kimberly-Clark facilities and ship them
