U.S. Representative Thomas Massie said he wants to see the FBI's FD-302 forms related to its Jeffrey Epstein investigation when the files are released, which he said will contain the names of individuals identified by survivors of the late sex offender and other witnesses who were interviewed.
The Kentucky Republican, in defiance of party colleagues President Donald Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson, spearheaded a discharge petition to force a vote on releasing all of the Epstein files. The House backed the release near-unanimously , and the Senate is expected to send the bill up to Trump for his signature soon.
