The U.S. Senate approved a bill to release the Jeffrey Epstein files via unanimous consent Nov. 18, sending the legislation to President Donald Trump's desk.
The bill's quick passage came after a nearly unanimous vote in the House of Representatives earlier that day. For months, House Democrats and a handful of Republicans had worked to force a vote on the files, finally reaching the required number of signatures on their discharge petition earlier in November.
Though no representatives from Indiana signed onto the discharge petition, every member of Indiana's House delegation supported the bill.
