Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the birth centenary celebrations of Sri Sathya Sai Baba in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. The event saw a massive gathering as people came together to honour the spiritual leader.

When Aishwarya took the stage, she delivered a powerful speech remembering Sathya Sai Baba and his teachings. She said, “As we celebrate 100 years of Sathya Sai Baba’s blessed advent, may we re-dedicate ourselves to his message — Love all, serve all.” She added, “There is only one caste, the caste of humanity. There is only one religion, the religion of love. There is only one language, the language of the heart. And there is only one God, who is everywhere.”

Her strong words seemed to leave PM Modi momentarily surprised.
