CAA ‘s licensing and consumer products division CAA Brand Management said Wednesday that it has reached an agreement to acquire brand licensing agency Beanstalk, a deal the company says will create the world’s largest brand development and licensing agency.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but CAA said Beanstock ‘s operations will be integrated into CAA Brand Management. Beanstock CEO Allison Ames will become co-president alongside CAABM CEO Perry Wolfman and president Noah Gelbart.
