Stressing the need for UN reforms, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, on Wednesday, underscored the importance of re-evaluating the United Nations’ current structure in light of a rapidly changing global landscape.

He highlighted the need for essential reforms to address contemporary challenges. Birla observed that in a world grappling with critical issues-including war, terrorism, climate crises, and digital threats-dialogue, cooperation, and timely global reforms have become indispensable.
