BEREA — Shedeur Sanders' first career NFL start is going to be under the bright lights of Las Vegas.

Sanders will get the first-team reps in practice Nov. 19 as the Browns turn their attention to preparations for the game at the Las Vegas Raiders . Dillon Gabriel, the rookie starting quarterback the last six games, remains in the concussion protocol.

"Shedeur is going to start at quarterback," coach Kevin Stefanski said prior to practice Nov. 19. "Dillon is still in the concussion protocol. He is improving. Obviously. we got to put a plan together for all of our players, all of our offense or defense or special teams plan of attack. Give our guys a chance to go execute and play fast. That's the goal."
