SAN FRANCISCO -- San Francisco police say an aggressive dog charged at them multiple times in what led up to a police shooting earlier this month.
The incident happened on Nov. 9 in the area of Market and O'Farrell streets.
Police said officers were flagged down by someone who said a large off-leash dog bit them and was continuing to show aggression to others.
According to the department, officers were attempting to detain the subject and secure the dog, before the shooting occurred.
On Tuesday, police gave an update on the incident, saying the husky showed aggression and its owner was not compliant.

"I'm gonna shoot your dog, man," the officer says in the newly-released bodycam video.
