Paris Hilton is finding light in the darkness after years of public scrutiny.

Hilton, 44, broke down in tears while reflecting on the hate she received in the early 2000s in the official teaser trailer for her upcoming concert movie documentary, Infinite Icon.

“It’s hard because people are so judgmental, even with this concert, I’m so nervous,” the Simple Life star said in the trailer, which dropped on Wednesday, November 19.

A montage of throwback clips showing a younger Hilton partying at clubs was then shown as she continued, “I think when people would see me out at night, they just saw this carefree girl having the time of her life, and just look so happy. But I was young, and I had no idea the destruction of that innocence was right around the corner.”
